With a background in collegiate athletics Leea brings a passion for teamwork and collaboration to CLA. As CLA’s Director of Belonging, Leea drives strategic projects in educational programming and communications and leads initiatives across CLA offices as well as with CLA’s virtual belonging communities, DEIB ambassadors, Community Engagement Leader and the Executive Director of the CLA Foundation. 

Folashade Abiola‐Banjac, Esq, CLA Practice Leader (Panelist)

Fola leads the investigations practice. She is an experienced licensed attorney practicing as a forensic accountant with a specialization in serving financial institutions. Accomplished and results‐driven, offering extensive expertise providing legal, ethics, and regulatory compliance guidance to the leadership of public sector and private sector organizations, with extensive experience in forensic accounting investigations, document review, and the development of expert opinions. A demonstrated record of success investigating allegations of legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements. She leads client forensic investigation projects, managing up to 15 team members and offers a history of delivering solid results in a series of positions with CliftonLarsonAllen, FERC, the SEC, Navigant Consulting, and other corporations and agencies.

Marie Anoriscat-Hall, VP of Commercial Loans at The Harbor Bank of Maryland (Panelist)

Marie Anoriscat-Hall serves as Vice President of Commercial Lending at The Harbor Bank of Maryland, bringing more than 17 years of expertise in the banking and financial services industry. She specializes in financial analysis, business development, commercial lending, and strategic growth planning. 

Marie’s upbringing inspired her financially savvy mindset and solidified her commitment to providing valuable guidance and support to businesses seeking financial solutions. Her passion for driving business success and fostering growth has consistently benefited her clients over the years. 

Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a minor in International Business from the University of North Florida, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Management and Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. 

When she's not working with clients, Marie values spending quality time with her husband and daughter. Together, they engage in a range of activities like swimming, skiing, and running, which often sparks lively family debates about who is the best.
