New NABA Team Member
We would like to introduce Janice Ford, Membership and Chapter Relations Specialist who joined the NABA team on Monday, July 13th.
Janice has over 15 years of experience in the Association Management field ranging from membership to business development. She received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of the District of Columbia.
As Membership and Chapter Relations Specialist, Janice is responsible for professional and student chapter compliance, chapter website management, College Pipeline Initiative (CPI) management, membership system support, Lifetime Membership Management, membership recruitment and retention support, and CPE and scholarship support.
